Buisson Charles Bourgogne Blanc 2022

Domaine Buisson-Charles is based in Meursault, where Patrick Essa farms a small holding on the Cote de Beaune and bottles this Bourgogne Blanc from vines just outside the village boundary. Chardonnay raised in barrel, showing citrus, white orchard fruit and a hazelnut edge over a chalky, saline core. Taut and precise rather than showy, finishing dry and salty in the house style.
