Orange oil, pear and peach with fresh bread. Medium-bodied, rich and fleshy with ripe yet racy acidity and a pillowy mousse. Based on 2022 with 50% reserve wines, from Trigny in the Massif de Saint-Thierry, vinified entirely in stainless steel.
